As anyone who's been following the cataclysm news probably knows, guilds will be able to level up just as characters can in cataclysm (through a variety of means such as questing, gathering, crafting, dungeon/raid kills, pvp wins, and blizzard knows what else).

wow.com just had some articles about the guild perks that come along with increased guild level as seen in the current beta:

this is gonna be cool (10% extra loot on every kill by guild member, where the extra goes automatically to guild bank is just 1 example)

This could be also good for us as people will be keen to join active guild to share in with the advantages it will bring.

yay for easier time getting around (to focus on just 1 set of guild talents):
guildlevel 2 Mount Up Increases speed while mounted by 5%. Not active in Battlegrounds or Arenas.
guildlevel 7 Hasty Hearth Reduces the cooldown on your Hearthstone by 15 minutes.
guildlevel 20 Have Group, Will Travel Summons all raid or party members to the caster's current location. Unlimited range, 6 sec cast / Channeled, 2 hr cooldown

This is very nice,

but anyone knows how the guild leveling will be done? I have been looking in internet, but could not find any reference. What will be required of us to reach level 25?

no specifics have been released yet AFAIK but in the original announcement at blizzcon they mentioned:
* Boss kills in a raid or dungeon in which 70% of the party is from the same guild
* Rated Battleground or Arena wins in which 70% of the party is from the same guild
* An individual player's faction reputation advancement
* An individual player's profession progression

I've also seen mentioned, gathering crafting mats, guild quests and guild achievements like having all bank tabs, having done all tbc raids as guild, etc

In other words, we don't really know yet

depends what we decide to do with it, and how much steady income it provides the guild (no clue atm) but think of things like:
- providing repair money from guildbank on progression nights
- buying recipes for guild crafters (things like the ulduar or toc recipes went for 1.5-3k easily on the ah when they where current and finding crafters can be hard as few peeps have those recipes, and word is there's gonna be guild-bound recipes in cataclysm)
- buy ingredients for cauldrons for raids (if I understand the beta-news correctly these are basically a magetable like setup for flasks during raids by alchemists)
- help with enchant and gems for main-toons
- buy mats for the crafted starter set at 85 for new guild 80's
- help buy whatever the equivalent of primordial saronite is in cata to craft bis items (by say having the guild buy prim saronite, and selling it to guildies for craftingpurposes for half price or somesuch)
...

In other words we don't know yet, we'll have to look at exactly what the possibilities are given whatever income the guild ends up with,
some of the above is probably gonna be out of reach, some won't be, as to exactly which is wich -> starting worlds longest drumroll (we'll end it a month or so in cata Razz )
