This site allows you to screen a player, by entering their character name and server, before you invite them to join your group. You will be able to see all of the boss kills the player has currently completed in Wrath of the Lich King in all current 5, 10 and 25 Man content (including the new bosses inside Ulduar).
I'm sure there are lots of sites like this but this one has a very simple design but effective and also fast cyclops
