Power Auras Classic
Power Auras Classic is an addon that lets you put up graphical warnings/indicaters on your screen. This is awesome for tracking procs, timers, and resources, as it allows you to put that info right near your character so it's in view.
On this page I (and hopefully others ) will be posting config sets for the addon to use.
To use a set simple copy the code part (put those in spoiler tags to keep it readable) and paste that in the 'import set' option of power auras. You can import multiple sets in order to combine them.

Deathknight Diseases
The first set tracks whether and which diseases you have up on your current target, it also has a time remaining counter. Indicaters are put beneath your feat. It looks like this:
Frost fever is the blue one, Blood plague the red one, and the purple one is scarlet fever (tank disease). Timer counts down the time remaining before the disease runs out (Unholy's Ebon plague is in the same spot as scarlet fever with a dark-greyish color)

Death Knight Runes
This set tracks a Death Knight's runes and their time left to the left of my toon. It looks like this:
From top to bottom you have Blood Rune indicator, Frost Rune Indicator, and Unholy Rune indicator.
If only one rune of a pair is up it shows only the symbol, if both runes are up it draws a circle around the rune symbol.
To the right of each rune pair indicator a timer counts down the rune refreshes (timer doubles if 2 runes need refresh, in which case it goes 20-0 and rune refreshes are at 10 and 0)
Active Deadrunes are tracked by filling in the background of the rune indicators with a bluish color, 1 circle filled per death rune, the 4th death rune is indicated by the blue arcs around the rune area.

Paladin Holy Power
This set tracks how many stacks of holy power you have. It looks like this:
Simple, 1 square for each stack of holy power, right beneath your feat (fills in left to right)

Paladin seal/blessing/rigteous fury/crusader aura checks
This set tracks:
- whether you have a seal active
- whether you have righteous fury active like this (shown missing, uncheck the inverted checkmark if you want the warning when present)
- whether you have crusader aura active in when not mounted (thats the feet icon)
- whether you have a blessing active (shows the top icon if you have none)

Tanky Debuff Tracker
This set tracks the general tanking debuffs:
- Attack Speed -20% -> Thunderclap, Infected Wounds, Judgments of the just, Icy Touch, Earth Shock (war/druid/pally/dk/shaman)
- Physical Damage done -10% -> Demo Shout, Demo Roar, Vindiction, Scarlet Fever, Curse of weakness (war/druid/pally/dk/warlock)
- Debuff: Armor(major) -12% -> Sunder Armorx3, Faerie Firex3, Expose Armor, Acid Spid (war/druid/rogue/hunterpet)
- On the left side you get a counter telling you the number of stacks of Sunder Armor/Faerie Fire stack/Acid Spit that are on your current target (each application is good for 4% reduced armor, max 3 stacks). If the reduced armor debuff is applied by Expose Armor instead it's a little symbol as Expose armor has no stacks.
- The roaring head icon indicates the for Demo Shout/Demo Roar/... debuff is active on the current target.
- The third icon indicates that the Attack speed debuff of Icy Touch/Thunderclap.... is present on the current target
It combines well with the other sets I posted here (lacerate and holy power squares wil fit between the indicators of this set, as will the disease counters)

Bear mangle
Since bears dps/threat in 4.0.1 is very dependend on using mangle whenever possible this one puts up an orange indicator whenever mangle is not on cooldown (goes well with the white free mangle spell alert)

Arms Warrior
- the red knife signals that rend fell off and needs to be re-applied (meaning hit rend)
- the skulls and crossbone signals that mortal strike is ready to be used (meaning hit mortal strike)
- the crossed swords signal a taste for blood proc (meaning hit overpower)
(nothing set up for the sudden death proc as it now has a spell alert automatically, besided it now procs collossus smash which we don't get till 81)

Bear Bleeds
This set tracks:
- Lacerate stacks: one white square per stack of the lacerate debuff on your current target, fills in left to right.
- Mangle bleed: orange brackets around the debuff area are shown when bleed debuff is present on your current target

Bloody Tank
These indicaters I use on my bloody tank:
The Green Dot indicates I've got a free Blood Boil waiting curtesy of Crimson Scourge talent.
The White square brackets indicate that Bone Shield is up.
The White Dot indicates that Bone Shield buff isn't up, yet the cooldown is finished.
The Red Border around my character indicates I'm not in Frost Presence
This combines with the tank debuff and deathknight disease sets to look like this:
